A preliminary discussion of a dissertation was held

A preliminary discussion of the dissertation "Development and application of methods and algorithms for controlling flying objects on the basis of autonomous navigation data" by the doctoral student of the institute Elkhan Sabziev, PhD in Mathematics, for the degree of DSc in Engineering, was held at the extended seminar of the Laboratory of Modeling and Control of Continuous Processes of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS on September 16, 2021.

The seminar was chaired by the Executive Director of the institute, Corresponding Member of ANAS Aminaga Sadigov.

At the seminar, the applicant presented information about the relevance of the study, its goals and objectives, the main scientific novelties of the dissertation, gave the participants a summary of the dissertation, and answered the questions asked.

Then, Professors Bayram Ibrahimov and Azad Bayramov, Farhad Pashayev, DSc in Engineering, voiced their opinion regarding the dissertation.

During the subsequent discussion of the work, Academician Telman Aliev, Corresponding Member of ANAS Kamil Aydazade, Professors Knyaz Mamedov, Aziz Talibov and Elshan Hashimov stated that the dissertation is compliant with the specialty, the research is correctly reflected in the dissertation, and the results are published in publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission. The seminar decided to recommend the dissertation for defense.
