A meeting of the scientific seminar of the Dissertation Council was held

A discussion of the following dissertations took place at the meeting of the scientific seminar of the D1.20 Dissertation Council of the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) in the specialty 3338.01 - Systems analysis, control and information processing on September 28, 2021:

1) "Development of an information system to support decision-making on lending to individuals under conditions of uncertainty" by Aliyev Aliaga Alekper, specialty 3338.01 - "System analysis, control and information processing" for the degree of PhD in Engineering; 2) "Fuzzy modeling of socio-legal phenomena and processes in procedural law" by Agayev Faig Bahadur, specialty 3338.01 - "System analysis, control and information processing" for the degree of PhD in Engineering.

The discussion was held in line with the "Requirements" for the organization and conduct of discussions at scientific seminars operating under dissertation councils in the period of the special quarantine regime approved by the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 29 January 2021.
