A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS and the Institute of Applied Software Systems of the Republic of Belarus
26.11.2021 / Conferences, assembliesA memorandum of cooperation was signed at the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus on November 24, 2021 between the Scientific and Engineering Republican Unitary Enterprise "Institute of Applied Software Systems" and the Institute of Control Systems of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences with the aim of developing a concept of and implement a joint pilot project within the framework of the EU4Digital interregional program.
The memorandum was signed by the General Director of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS Academician Ali Abbasov and Director of the Institute of Applied Software Systems Igor Mikhailovsky.
The parties agreed to cooperate in the management of transport and logistics processes through the building of national electronic logistics systems and digital transport corridors (DTC), the development of digitalization concepts and joint research and design work.
During the meeting, an agreement was also reached on the exchange of information and experience in the development of electronic logistics systems and DTCs, the exchange of information on the existing regulatory documents and technical standards in these areas.
