Associate Professor Rashad Mastaliyev, employee of laboratory No. 9 of the Institute of Control Systems, took part in the IV Republican Scientific Conference "Problems of Applied Mathematics and New Information Technologies", which was held on December 9-10, 2021. The conference was organized by the Ministry of Education and Sumgayit State University and held online on the Zoom platform.

Rashad Mastaliyev presented his paper "Necessary optimality conditions in Ito stochastic systems with delay and functional equality and inequality constraints" in the "System analysis, modeling and control" section. The paper aroused the interest of the conference participants, various questions were asked and a discussion was held.
