Opening ceremony of "Digital Teachers in Shushi" project took place

Opening ceremony of "Digital Teachers of Shusha" project organized by Azerbaijan Young Teachers Association (AYTA) was held on March 6, 2022. The project will be implemented from February 1 to April 30. MP Etibar Aliyev, Head of Public Relations Department of Baku City Education Department Basharat Mammadov, scientist and doctoral student of the Institute of Control Systems of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Sayyara Hidayatzade, and Head of Shusha District Education Department Rasmiya Mammadova participated at the event.

Opening the event, Chairman of AYTA Rufat Asadzade gave brief information about the organization and thanked the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS for the free support to the project. He pointed out that the main goal of the project, implemented with the financial support of the Agency of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is building teachers' skills to use the Google for Education platform in the process of organizing distance learning.

Then Project Manager Huseyn Huseynov spoke in detail about the "Digital Teachers in Shusha" project, which will be implemented in 2022, emphasized its importance and answered the questions of participants.

Then, employee of the ICS Sayyara Hydayatzade in her speech emphasized the importance of training highly qualified personnel in accordance with modern requirements, and said that the employees of the institute are always ready to support the progress in this area.

It should be noted that out of 300 teachers who applied for participation in the project, 50 were selected and invited to take part in the training.
