Employee performance evaluation has started at the Institute of Control systems
14.04.2022 /Employee performance evaluation has started at the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) of ANAS. The evaluation is aimed at checking the level of professionalism of employees, determining their suitability for their position.
With the purpose of carrying out the evaluation, an attestation commission consisting of 9 people under the chairmanship of the Executive Director of the ICS, Corresponding Member of ANAS Aminaga Sadigov was set up, the list of employees to be evaluated was determined and the relevant documents were prepared.
Opening the first meeting of the Attestation Commission, A. Sadigov said that the attestation is conducted on the recommendation of the Presidium of ANAS on the basis of the "Rules for Employee Performance Evaluation in the Republic of Azerbaijan" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the relevant articles of the Labor Code and the Law On Science. Stressing the importance of the evaluation in terms of determining the level of professionalism of employees, their optimal placement, proper evaluation of their work, motivation and effective use, he pointed out that this process is part of the ongoing reforms in ANAS, aimed at further improving the activities of research institutions, increasing their effectiveness.
А. Sadigov once again briefed the commission members on their rights and duties, the procedural rules of the evaluation, and gave some recommendations.
During the evaluation, the commission members asked the employees questions about their position, job responsibilities, specialty, the work performed and its results, and voiced a number of recommendations.
