Proceedings of the XVI International Act "The New Economy after SARS-CoV-2. Realities and the Technological Revolution" which the Royal Academy of Economic and Financial Sciences (RACEF) held in Barcelona from November 18 to 19, 2021, was published in May 2022. The collection also includes a study by the foreign member of RACEF, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Prof. Gorkhmaz Imanov. The work is devoted to the post-Covid national priorities for socio-economic development of Azerbaijan.

In this work, taking into account the elements of the IV industrial revolution and the development strategy of Azerbaijan until 2030, the prospects of economic development of the country for the post-covid period are defined. From this point of view the application of information and communication technologies in the following areas was determined: effective and transparent service in public service; creation of technoparks and industrial parks in industry; creation of electronic agricultural information system in agriculture; corridor of trade routes between Europe and Asia in transport and others.

The study also notes the digitalization of financial services and the increase in the amount of information in all processes. In addition, the criteria of innovation initiatives, improving the quality of human capital, attracting natural potential (solar, wind, hydroelectric power, oil, gas, agricultural land) are identified as the basis of the potential of green growth for agriculture, alternative energy and ecotourism, which will ensure the sustainable development of Azerbaijan.
