Executive Director of the Institute of Control Systems (ICS), Corresponding Member of ANAS Aminaga Sadigov was elected a member of the Program Committee of the International Symposium "The Ukrainian science in the context of modern challenges and threats: problems and development priorities".

The main goal of the symposium is to discuss the ways of taking science out of the environment of extreme activity, to work out strategies of its study and effective development.

The symposium intends to discuss the following issues:

• science as a proven means of getting society out of crisis;

• problems of the national science functioning in extreme conditions and the possibility of overcoming them;

• specifics of the state support of science during the crisis: European experience and realities;

• ways of human capital development by borrowing the best world experience, etc.

It should be noted that the International Symposium dedicated to the memory of academician B.Y. Paton will be held in Kyiv, Ukraine, on November 29, 2022.
