The name of Elmkhan Mahmudov, employee of the Institute of Control Systems, Professor at Istanbul Technical University, has once again been included in the list of "The World's Most Influential Scientists" compiled by Stanford University, USA and published by Elsevier Publishing House.

The scientist's name is listed in the "Annual Impact" category. Such international criteria as the number of qualified publications, the reputation of the journal in which papers are published, the number of patents and citations, h-index, hm-index, and the number of articles are used in compiling the lists.

It should be noted that the name of E. Makhmudov was also included in this list in 2021.
