The Central Scientific Library (CSL) of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) has published the bibliographic index of Corresponding Member of ANAS, Head of Laboratory of the Institute of Control Systems, Doctor of Engineering, Professor Agasi Melikov. The index reflects the life of the scientist, his scientific, pedagogical and social activities, scientific works covering the period from 1982 to 2022, and publications about him.

 

The bibliography includes books published by the scientist, articles, abstracts of his local and foreign conference papers, projects managed and executed by him, works he edited, sources on the Candidate and doctoral dissertations where he was academic adviser or opponent. Also given are the main dates of the scholar's life, a brief overview of his public and scientific-pedagogical activities, and articles about him written by prominent scholars.

 

The materials included in the index are listed chronologically by sections in alphabetical order.

 

For the convenience of using the bibliographic index, an alphabetical index of works by the scientist and his co-authors is given at the end of the book.

 

The scientific editor of the index released by Elm publishing house was Professor Mammad Aliyev, Doctor of Philosophy, the editor was Honored Worker of Culture Khuraman Ismayilova and compiler was Rena Javadova.

 

The bibliographic index is intended for scientists and specialists in the field of cybernetics and applied mathematics, teachers and students of universities, as well as non-specialist readers.
