The Institute of Control Systems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan held performance evaluation of the first- and second-year Master's students of the specialties "Computer Science" and "Process Automation Engineering".

 

The meeting of the Attestation Commission was chaired by the Executive Director of the Institute of Control Systems, Corresponding Member of ANAS Aminaga Sadigov. Calling the meeting open, he introduced the members of the Attestation Commission to the participants of the meeting and spoke about the importance of performance evaluation of Master’s students.

 

The Master's students then took turns to speak. The students reported on the implementation of the research work under the individual plans for dissertations, participation in conferences, and the publication of research papers. 

 

Member of the commission Head of the Institute's Education Department Sevinj Guliyeva, PhD in Mathematics, briefed the commission members on the results of the winter examination session of Master's students.

Then there were extensive discussions regarding the work done by each Master's student. The students answered the questions of the Chair and members of the Commission - Academic Secretary Zahra Azizova, Doctor of Engineering Asif Rzayev and Associate Professor Gulchin Abdullayeva, and listened to their recommendations.

 

In the end, the attestation commission decided on the evaluation of Master's students and their transfer to the second semester.
