E. Ibayev elected member of the editorial board of the foreign journal

Elshan Ibayev, PhD in Mathematics, a major researcher of our institute, has been elected a member of the editorial board of the USA-based journal "American Journal of Theoretical and Applied Statistics” (http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/journal/editorialboard.aspx?journalid=146) this year. E. Ibayev represents the Institute of Control System of ANAS in the editorial board of this journal.
