The paper "System of robust noise monitoring of anomalous seismic processes" by Director of the Cybernetics Institute of ANAS and our other colleagues (A.M. Abbasov, G.A. Guluyev, F.H. Pashayev, U.E. Sattarova) will be published in the October issue of the high impact factor journal "Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering" (Vol. 53, October 2013, pp. 11-15).
