Based on the "Plan of admission to higher education institutions and scientific organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan for training of doctoral candidates and dissertationists for 2022", approved by Decree 261s of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 10, 2023, the admission to the doctoral and dissertation programs for PhD and Doctor of Sciences for the year 2023 was announced. 

 

This year, the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) for the first time accepted documents electronically through the "Centralized Education Information System" (TMİS). Persons wishing to apply to the doctoral and dissertation programs were to go to the website https://portal.edu.az of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan from April 12, 2023 to May 16, 2023 and register there in accordance with the instructions.

 

In accordance with the Plan of admission, at the Institute of Control Systems, 5 spots were allocated for the doctoral program for PhD candidates, 8 for the dissertation program and 3 for doctoral programs for Doctor of Sciences candidates.

 

According to the submitted applications, 20 candidates applied to the doctoral program for PhD studies at the Institute for Control Systems, 3 to the dissertation program, and 3 candidates to the doctoral program for Doctor of Sciences.
