The XV International scientific conference "Transport Problems 2023" organized by Silesian University of Technology continued its work on June 22, 2023 in Katowice, Poland. At the conference Head of the International Relations and Innovation Department of the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan Tofig Babayev, PhD in Engineering, made a presentation on "Modern approaches to the digitalization of the Middle Corridor" and employee of the department Khalida Melikova on "Transport projects in the Horizon Europe program".

 

Note that the ICS has been continuously cooperating with other European countries as a national contact point for the Digital Technology, Industry and Space component of the European Commission's Horizon Europe program. On June 20, 2023 Tofig Babayev, a representative of the National Contact Point of the Horizon Europe program in Azerbaijan met with representatives of the National Contact Point at the Polish National Center for Research and Development in Warsaw, where talks were held on opportunities for bilateral cooperation.
