The scientific monograph "Mathematical Problems of Operational and Organizational Management" of the Executive Director of the Institute of Control Systems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Aminagha Sadigov was published by the well-known German Academic Publishing House LAMBERT.

The monograph, which consists of 300 pages, investigates and develops new mathematical models, methods and tools aimed at improving operational and organizational control.

The monograph is a systematic presentation of optimization methods used in operational and organizational control systems based on the rolling plan principle, i.e., predicting optimal controls with their periodic adjustment based on the processing of current information.
