At the event held in hybrid format, leading scientists from Turkiye, Poland, USA, UK, Georgia, Russia, Germany, Ukraine, Romania, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and other countries held joint discussions on solving various problems of cybernetics and informatics and established fruitful cooperation relations.
Letters of thanks from scientists from various countries come to the address of the Organizing Committee of the conference, which caused great interest of the international scientific community. For example, we present you a letter from Yedilkhan Amirgaliyev, Professor at the Institute of Information and Computing Technologies, Kazakhstan, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
“Dear colleagues, friends,
The 5th International Conference on Problems of Cybernetics and Informatics (PCI-2023) in the beautiful and sunny city of Baku has come to an end. When I arrived home (Almaty), I once again mentally traveled back to Baku, analyzed interesting papers of scientists from Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Georgia, USA and other countries. We can safely say that the conference was well organized, the work of the plenary session and breakout sessions all started on time. The organizing and editorial committees worked excellently, almost all the announced papers were presented.
I think many participants found new friends, as the Kazakhstani delegation did, discussed possibilities of further cooperation at formal and informal discussions.
The Institute of Control Systems and the partners showed great potential for future scientific forums of various scales. I in turn spoke about innovations in the development of science management in Kazakhstan. The innovations introduced in science allow Kazakhstani scientists to cooperate even more dynamically with scientists from other countries in the name of Science. As they say, "Science without borders".
As my parting words, I can say, once again, thank you very much for the invitation to the conference, thank you for the hospitality, thank you for the excellent conditions created for the participants.
Yours sincerely,
Yedilkhan Amirgaliyev”
