Leading researcher of the laboratory of control methods in complex dynamical systems of the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Associate Professor Rashad Mastaliev took part in the VII International Conference "Non-local Boundary Value Problems and Related Problems of Mathematical Biology, Informatics and Physics", held in the city of Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkarian Republic of the Russian Federation on December 4-8, 2023.

 

The conference was jointly organized by the Nalchik Institute of Applied Mathematics and Automation, Russia, International Academy of Sciences of Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkarian State University, Novosibirsk Mathematical Center, Russia, Tashkent Romanov Mathematical Institute, Uzbekistan, and Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, Azerbaijan. The conference is dedicated to the 85th birthday of Prof. A.M. Nakhushov, an outstanding scientist in the field of differential equations, in particular, differential equations in fractional formulas.

 

Associate Professor Rashad Mastaliyev presented in the section "Mathematical modeling of non-local physical, biological and socio-economic processes" his paper "On Optimality of Singular Controls in Stochastic Discrete Controlled Systems", coauthored with Prof. Kamil Mansimov. The paper caused interest of the participants, discussions were held around the topic and questions were answered.
