"Personnel training in the field of taxes: problems and prospects" round table

The round table devoted to "Personnel training in the field of taxes: problems and prospects” was held at the Training Center of the Ministry of Taxes in Shamakhi on 7 October 2016.

Representatives of the Training Center of the Ministry of Taxes, executive body of Shamakhi region, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan (AMCHAM), Consumers Union, Confederation of Entrepreneurs, Azerbaijan State University of Economics, National Aviation Academy, "Deloitte”, "Allianz”, the Young Accountants Union participated in the conference.

The Institute of Control Systems was represented by the employees of the Fiscal Strategy Modeling Laboratory Prof. M.R. Tagiyev, Doctor of Economics, and research officer E.E. Mamedova.

The participants of the event discussed such issues as training of personnel in the field of finance and taxes, details of teaching finance-related subjects in higher educational institutions, strengthening information technology skills, establishing requirements for personnel in the field of finance and taxes, structuring those requirements and preparation of tutorials, concept of education and training in the tax system, as well as basics of professional activity, theoretical and practical aspects of courses on specialty and innovation.
