The 5-year report meeting of the trade union organization was held at the Institute of Control Systems

The 5-year report meeting of the trade union organization was held at the Institute of Control Systems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan on March 13, 2024. The event was attended by the administration of the Institute, a member of the Presidium of the United Trade Union of Scientific Organizations, Chair of the Trade Union Committee of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Associate Professor Irada Mirzazade, heads of departments and laboratories and other employees.

First, elections of the chair and secretariat of the meeting were held by the members of the organization under the leadership of the acting Executive Director of the ICS Associate Professor Elkhan Sabziev, DSc in Engineering. As a result of the elections, Gulnar Guliyeva, Head of the ICS Human Resources Department, was appointed as the chair of the meeting, and Zulala Jabiyeva was appointed as the secretary.

After informing the participants about the issues on the agenda of the meeting, G.Guliyeva gave the floor to the Chair of the Trade Union Organization of the Institute Zahra Azizova to present the report on the activities of the trade union organization of the ICS for 2018-2023.

Presenting the report on the activities of her organization for 5 years, Z.Azizova informed in detail about the activities carried out by the trade union organization with the support of the ICS leadership to improve the well-being of the Institute's employees, participation in cultural events and organization of effective leisure time, increase the salaries of employees with disabilities, campaigns to provide financial assistance and free medical examinations.

Then Associate Professor Elkhan Sabziev, Corresponding Member of ANAS Kamil Ayda-zade, Professor Ramin Rzayev, Ilgar Mammadov, DSc in Mathematics, Associate Professor Gulchin Abdullayeva in their speeches praised the exemplary activity of Z. Azizova, Chair of the trade union organization, Academic Secretary of ICS, for her exemplary performance of official duties, social protection, organization of trips to different parts of Azerbaijan during the years of her chairmanship in the organization, and proposed to nominate her again.

Then Lala Rzayeva, Chair of the Inspection Committee presented the report of the Committee for 2018-2023.

Then voting was held to appoint the new members of the trade union organization and the inspection commission. As a result, Zahra Azizova was elected Chair of the trade union organization, Gulnar Guliyeva, Zulala Jabiyeva, Anar Rahimov, Anar Iskenderov, Ulduz Ibragimova, Natella Sadigova were elected members of the trade union organization, Lala Rzayeva was elected Chair of the inspection committee, Bahar Hasanova and Fakhriya Mammadbagirova members of the inspection committee.

Then, Irada Mirzazade in her address said that there are close cooperation relations between the scientific institution she represents and the Institute of Control Systems. She positively assessed the report presented by the trade union organization of the Institute of Control Systems and congratulated Z. Azizova, who has been performing her official duties with dignity for many years, on her re-election.
