Scientific seminar of the Institute of Control Systems was held

A scientific seminar of the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan was be held on April 9, 2024.

The meeting discussed paper "Necessary first- and second-order optimality conditions in optimal control problems described by nonlinear and quasilinear stochastic Goursat-Darboux systems" by leading researcher of the laboratory No. 9 of ICS "Control methods in complex dynamic systems", Associate Professor Rashad Mastaliyev, PhD in Mathematics.

Speaker Rashad Mastaliyev showed obtaining the solution of the system of linear stochastic differential equations of hyperbolic type of the first and second order. The solution of the problems is given mainly by means of the Riemann matrix. The speaker emphasized that in the future these solution instructions will play a key role in obtaining first- and second-order necessary conditions under various conditions in optimal control problems described by nonlinear and quasilinear stochastic Goursat-Darboux systems. Since the discussion, conducted in a question-and-answer format, was not completed, it was decided to continue it on April 30 at 11:00 a.m.
