Tax system and economic development in Azerbaijan were discussed

Another meeting within the framework "Initiative Seminar” organized by Technopark of Qafqaz University took place on 12 May 2016. Prof. Akif Musayev, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Advisor to the Minister of Taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic and Head of Laboratory at the Institute of Control Systems delivered a lecture and held discussions on "Tax system and economic development in Azerbaijan”. Prof. Musayev spoke about the specifics of the tax system in our country, economic solutions in everyday life, factors contributing to economic development, what the present generations need to do to ensure the bright future of economy. Responding to questions from the participants, the speaker helped them better understand the relationship between taxes and economy.
