Academician Asaf Hajiyev took part in the international conference in Malaysia

Academician Asaf Hajiyev took part in the 18th International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management, held in the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, from August 5 to 8, 2024.
At the conference A. Hajiyev delivered a plenary paper on “Queueing systems with moving servers and control problems”. The paper, co-authored by Professor Yuri Belyayev of the Swedish University of Umeå and Turan Mammadov of the Institute of Control Systems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was awarded the Nominated Prize, a special prize of the conference.
During the conference A.Hajiyev also made a presentation on “History and Development of Operations Research”.
Note that the conference proceedings have been published by Springer.
