The Artificial Intelligence Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025-2028 was approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev dated March 19, 2025.

The strategy is aimed at achieving strategic goals and indicators in this area, primarily through the analysis of the current situation and results achieved in the field of artificial intelligence in the country, priority areas and an action plan defined taking into account global trends. The strategy pays special attention to issues such as cooperation between the public and private sectors, strengthening academic and scientific research, as well as supporting the startup and innovation environment to ensure the formation and development of the artificial intelligence ecosystem.
