The visit of academician Telman Aliyev and the management of RUSAL TRIZ to the ANAS HT Park, discussion about the processing of the alunite mine, run-up of personnel for the innovative society

On 15TH April 2019 in the ANAS High Technologies Park with the participation of the head of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS academician Telman Aliyev, the project manager of TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) of “Russian Aluminum” company (RUSAL) Mikhail Semenovich Rubin and his delegation the discussions were held.

The meeting was opened by the director of the ANAS Park of High Technologies ph.d.e. Nazim Shukurov, he greeted the guests and has given them detailed information about the High-Tech Park. He noted that the forming of an innovative society, which has great importance in the modern world, requires social innovations for the development of personnel potential (technocrats, innovators, etc.).

In addition, the parties discussed that cooperation between RUSAL and the ANAS High-Tech Park may have positive results in the future.

The guests informed about the interest of RUSAL to the project for the processing of alunite. It was noted that the capabilities of High-Tech Park especially tax and customs benefits are very attractive for RUSAL. M.S. Rubin informed that he should report to the management of RUSAL about the results of this meeting.

The guests also announced their intention to implement a project for the production of frequency converters jointly with the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS in the ANAS High-Tech Park.

Academician Telman Aliyev entrusted within 10 days to submit for consideration of the Expert Council an envelope with the documents necessary for the project presentation.
