Republican scientific-practical conference "WOMEN IN ICT" took place

The republican scientific-practical conference dedicated to the "INTERNATIONAL WOMEN IN ICT DAY" took place at the Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS on 25 April 2019. President of ANAS Acad. Akif Alizade opened the conference.
Chairman of the Committee on Family Affairs, Women and Children, Doctor of Political Sciences Prof. Hijran Huseynova, Chairman of the Council of Women of Azerbaijan Rena Mirzazade, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Prof. Masuma Mammadova, Hikmat Guliyev, PdD in Philology, Director of the Information Institute Technologies Acad. Rasim Alguliyev spoke at the conference.
The speech “Women in ICT, in the international arena and in our country” of Head of the Laboratory of Intelligent Systems of the Institute of Control Systems, Gulchin Abdullayeva, PhD in Mathematics, aroused great interest of the chairpersons and the participants of the conference.
Academic Secretary Zahra Azizova and Chairman of the Women Council of the Institute of Control Systems Assoc.Prof. Rena Asadova, PhD in Engineering, were also invited to the conference.
