Employees of the Institute of Control Systems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited the grave of brilliant personality, unforgettable leader Heydar Aliyev on his birthday.
As a sign of deep respect and veneration, members of the IСS staff laid bouquets of fresh flowers on the tomb of the great leader Heydar Aliyev and outstanding scientist-ophthalmologist, Academician Zarifa Aliyeva and paid tribute to his memory.
Heydar Aliyev, architect and founder of the modern Azerbaijan state, national leader, who made unparalleled contribution to the cause of independence and development, devoted his meaningful life and political activity to the improvement of the well-being and independence of the Azerbaijani people.
During the period of Heydar Aliyev's leadership, accompanied by absolute development of Azerbaijan, the foundation of the state-science-production chain was laid in the country, science, education, information technologies and other spheres developed rapidly, production associations and scientific-research institutions were established. One of the exceptional merits of the great leader in the development of education in the country was the expansion of the boundaries of Azerbaijani education.
The state strategy realized on Heydar Aliyev's initiative for comprehensive development and gaining a worthy place for Azerbaijan among the advanced states of the world is being successfully continued today by the head of state Ilham Aliyev.
