The first issue of the scientific and practical journal UNEC Journal of Computer Science and Digital Technologies (JCSDT), established on the recommendation of the rector of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), Doctor of Economics, Professor Adalat Muradov, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the university, has been published. The Editor-in-Chief of the journal is the General Director of the Institute of Control Systems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Academician Ali Abbasov, the Deputy Editors-in-Chief are associate professors of the Department of Digital Technologies and Applied Informatics Tarana Aliyeva and Ulviya Rzayeva.

 

The main goal of the journal, which will be published twice a year, is to develop theoretical foundations in the rapidly developing areas of computer science and digital technologies, as well as to stimulate the practical application of the obtained scientific results. The journal, whose editorial board includes renowned university scientists and international experts, was founded in accordance with the implementation of the tasks arising from the decree of the head of state on the approval of the "Strategy for Artificial Intelligence of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025-2028" and the decree on the approval of the "Concept of Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan".
