On December 12, Director of the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) of ANAS Academician Telman Aliev and members of the Presidium of ANAS, heads of structural divisions of the apparatus, including representatives of institutes and organizations of the academy on the occasion of the 16th anniversary of the death of the architect and founder of our modern independent state, world-famous politician, national leader Heydar Aliyev visited his grave in Alley of Honor.
Representatives of the scientific community paid tribute to the great leader Heydar Aliyev and laid flowers on his grave.
