As we know, the 6th International Conference on Problems of Cybernetics and Informatics (PCI 2025), organized by the Institute of Control Systems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Institute of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ege University of Türkiye, the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of Ukraine, the Institute of Information and Computing Technologies of Kazakhstan, and the University of Thessaly, Greece.
At the event, held in a hybrid format, scientists from leading countries of the world, including Turkiye, Japan, Kazakhstan, Austria, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, the United States, Belarus, Slovakia, China, Georgia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Greece, Hungary, Estonia, Cyprus, Australia, Latvia, the United Kingdom, France, Moldova, Belgium, Poland, Canada, Japan, Sweden, and other countries, held discussions on solving various problems in the field of cybernetics and informatics and established fruitful cooperation ties.

The team of the Institute of Information and Computing Technologies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan sincerely congratulates you on the successful completion of the 6th International Conference “Problems of Cybernetics and Informatics” (PCI 2025).
As is known, relations between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, based on deep historical roots, continue to develop in the political, economic, and scientific spheres, and broad ties of scientific cooperation are being established. A striking example of this is the mutual official visits of the leaders of the two countries.
In recent years, especially the official visit of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to Azerbaijan in 2022 and the official visit of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, to Kazakhstan in 2023, have brought fruitful results for the scientific community. During these visits, agreements on cooperation in various fields, including science, were signed. One of them was a memorandum of cooperation in the field of science between the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan.
I wish all conference participants fruitful scientific activity, new creative successes, and achievements in establishing scientific cooperation. I am confident that this prestigious conference, bringing together leading scientists from around the world, will contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experience between leading and young scientists of our countries and to new joint scientific research. I believe that the fundamental research results, as well as the opinions and proposals voiced at PCI 2025, will bear fruit in the future scientific activities of each scientist, and the results obtained will be of great importance to all participants.
