ANAS celebrated International Women's Day

An event dedicated to International Women's Day was held at the Presidium of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences on 5 March.
A group of women actively involved in the scientific and socio-political life of the Academy received certificates of honor.
Academician Ibrahim Guliyev, the first Vice President of ANAS, and Professor Habil Gurbanov, Doctor of Law, Chairman of the ANAS Free Trade Union, awarded Zahra Azizova, Academic Secretary of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, Chairperson of the Trade Union Organization with a certificate of honor for effective academic work and public service on the occasion of International Women's Day.
