A regular meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS took place on 11 March 2020.
Opening the meeting, Director of the Institute Academician T.A. Aliev announced the following issues on the agenda of the Scientific Council:

1. On the letter of 28 January 2020 “'On the priority areas' of the ANAS Development Program for 2020–2025”.
2. On assigning the classification code to the monograph of Prof. Rzayev A.H., Doctor of Engineering, Assoc. Prof. Asadova R.Sh., PhD in Engineering, “Mathematical modeling, automatic measurement and control in the processes of oil production, transportation and treatment”
3. On the 75th anniversary of ANAS.
4. On the registration of ICS employees in the international ResearchGate database

T.A. Aliev informed the audience about the preparation of the Development Program of the Institute of Control Systems within the framework of the "Development Program of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences for 2020-2025." He emphasized the importance of priority areas and modernization and optimization of the infrastructure of the program prepared by the Institute in accordance with the "Development Program of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences for 2020-2025", and informed the members of the Scientific Council about the development of an action plan in this area.

Then the members of the Scientific Council discussed the action plan for the issues.  Professor Gorkhmaz Imanov, Head of the laboratory "Modeling of socioeconomic systems", and Dr. Ilgar Mammadov, Head of Laboratory "Mathematical control problems" expressed their opinion on the discussed issues and put forward suggestions for the action plan.
