On December 22, 2023 the scheduled preliminary meeting of the Dissertation Council ED 1.19 at the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Council Prof. Knyaz Mammadov, Doctor of Mathematics.

 

The meeting discussed the issues of the time of dissertation defenses and participation of the council members. The issue of compliance of documents of candidates for the position of chairpersons and secretaries of the Scientific Seminar of the Dissertation Council ED 1.19 with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan was also considered.

 

Then the relevant decisions were made on the issues arising from the agenda.
